Trish

Trish has been a shiatsu practitioner for over 20 years and a yoga instructor for more than a decade. She has a unique and intrinsic knowledge of physical and emotional wellbeing as well as a thorough understanding of the body. Through her work as a dual practitioner Trish pays particular attention to how stress and illness impact our physical and mental elements, and how bodywork and yoga can be used to release and support it.

Trish has trained through the Shiatsu School Manchester, The British Wheel of Yoga and has attained a post graduate diploma in teaching mindfulness from Bangor University.  Trisha’s classes embody her knowledge of internal dynamics, mindfulness techniques and 5 Element Theory. She works with individuals who wish to address issues such as posture, anxiety, and many chronic health issues.
