Progress to Practice

There is no single path to progression. Equally it can be confusing to work out which class to try next. We’ve put together this handy guide to help with some direction based on the main reasons that people come to practice with us. The links below are not exhaustive as we have 14 class styles and over 20 sessions per week. This guide is intended as a starting point, full class & instructor descriptions can be found on our about pages.
