Tim discovered yoga about fifteen years ago after a serious road accident left him with significant back and spine injuries. Encouraged to try Pilates and basic yoga for long-term healing, he began with Iyengar and Vinyasa before finding his passion in Ashtanga. Tim’s classes emphasize playful breathwork and bandhas, blending gentle calisthenics so students move with ease, feel light, and stay safe.

He loves sharing the joy of backbends, arm balances, and handstands—especially outdoors when the breeze and sunrise add extra magic. Having learned from wonderful teachers like Steve Davis, Andrea Everingham, and Donna McCaffrey, Tim believes every instructor brings fresh inspiration. He encourages a mix of self-practice and guided group classes, helping each student discover their own unique path to strength, balance, and well-being.
