Cally found yoga eight years ago while training as an opera singer, drawn to how focused and strong it made her feel after struggling with performance anxiety. Those experiences with breath and nerves are why she’s so passionate about breath-focused practice today — a powerful tool for regulating the nervous system while building mental and physical strength.
Having taught mostly dynamic styles in London, Cally believes some people need a strong practice to calm the mind. Her classes feel powerful, with satisfying transitions and strength-building drills to develop inversions (if desired), always keeping the breath at the centre. In 4Beat, she found a practice where breath, music and movement are equal partners — challenging students from a place of stability. That balance between challenge and calm runs through all her classes.
Cally is trained in Vinyasa, Pranayama, Rocket, Rocketbeats, 4Beat, and Pre/Postnatal yoga.
